Hi, I’m Alice Smeets. For 15 years I’ve been creating spaces where people can be real with what’s inside. Most of the people who find me are the ones who hold everyone else together but don’t know how to hold themselves.
I’m the founder of The Inner Shift Institute, a photojournalist turned facilitator, and someone who spent years believing I had to earn every drop of love and rest.
I built this course because I got tired of watching brilliant, self-aware humans quietly buckle under an invisible rulebook that says they’re never enough.
This isn’t self-help and it isn’t about fixing you. It’s the one thing all the inner work didn’t give you: a way out of the loop that keeps you high-functioning on the outside and haunted on the inside.
